With a degree in public health and over a decade of in-depth experience in procuring and negotiating local, state, and federal government contracts, Michelle Hermelee founded BH Sky in 2006 to provide hand-holding, step-by-step guidance, consulting, information, and training to guide companies successfully through navigating the government procurement system. She is educated, experienced and knowledgeable in identifying key business opportunities, acquiring term contracts, completing GSA proposals, ensuring contract compliance, negotiating terms, and managing government contracts. Affiliates with the firm provide additional expertise in state contracts, construction, SBA Certifications, proposal writing and environmental contracts.

Prior to starting BH Sky, Ms. Hermelee was associated with an environmental firm where she established the government sales department and achieved major growth for the company through successfully securing contracts with the Department of Defense, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, General Services Administration, and numerous local contractors. She will be receiving Certified Schedule Contracts Manager (CSCM) certification, credentials that will strengthen her expertise in Federal Supply and Multiple Award Schedule Contracting, navigating the complex system of creating and maintaining schedules and all elements of schedule audits.
