GSA’s Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) is the federal government’s preferred method of procurement – preferred because they know they are getting an approved product – GSA already has done the legwork, negotiated best prices and best value for their dollar.

BH Sky will identify the appropriate GSA Schedule and the appropriate SIN’s to be included in the Offer. We will prepare the SF1449, Administrative, Technical and Pricing proposals, open ratings PPE report, CSP1, CCR, ORCA, LoS, and other required supporting documents as specified in the Solicitation and attachments. BH Sky will submit the Offer to the Acquisition Center either a hard copy or through GSA’s eOffer software via a digital certificate. BH Sky will assist with contract negotiations and prepare the FPR to be submitted to the Contracting Officer. After contract award is received, we will review award documents and discuss contract requirements, expectations and responsibilities.
